Meet The Team

This is me, I started ED&E to give students opportunities and give cool organizations a helping hand. Currently I run ED&E and am the project manager of the management project for Sossah.

Carla has been crucial in building ED&E and set up the 3 Sossah projects during her internship. Now she is using her exceptional leadership skills as a project manager.

Fernando is the project manager of the marketing project for Sossah. His persistence and willingness to learn is key in the project and what makes him fit so well within ED&E consulting.

Bartosz is a key consultant in the management project for Sossah, his critical thinking and communication skills are extremely helpful and valuable during this project.

Arshia is our leadership and communication expert in the management project, combining his natural skills with scientific theory to come up with brilliant insights during discussions.

Anna is always full of ideas and ready to help. With her critical thinking skills we have come up with an ambitious but realistic plan to make the hospital independent. Her critical thinking and unique view is also very helpful in improving our own organization.

Lara is the economics expert in the community development project. She is in charge of getting the European funding and helping with the accounts of the hospital. Her expertise and insights always create insightful discussions.

Alex is in charge of setting up the GoFundMe for the hospital and has done all the research about partner cities and hospitals that could work with St. Anthony’s Hospital in Ghana, which has been crucial for the project.

Valeria is our international development expert. Her knowledge on how to deal with other countries combined with her empathy have been crucial in dealing with cultural differences.

Luis is currently using his skills to analyze and develop ideas for the website and marketing of Sossah, whilst being involved in critically thinking about the organization of ED&E as well.
