Organizations social impact

Current projects:

At the moment we have 3 projects running, with these 3 projects our students are advising Sossah, a non-profit organization that supports a hospital in Ghana. To the right you can watch a video showing the people there, what the hospital means to them and how Sossah has had an impact there.

The 3 projects we are doing for Sossah are:

1. Management:

Goal: make the organization a well oiled machine, where everyone works together efficiently. This project will finish when we have recruited new motivated board members and responsibilities are clearly divided between them

2. Marketing:

Goal: Raise money and awareness for the NGO. This project ends when we have changed the website and social channels of the organization + recruited a volunteer to continue the marketing plan that we started

3. Community Development:

Goal: make the hospital in Ghana independent of the NGO in the long term. For this the team is in contact with government officials, development professionals and the board of the hospital, to create and a long term plan to make the hospital independent, and start executing this plan.
